Graemzy first took to the decks in 2001. His first and biggest love was Hard House and it was in Hard House that he stated to learn his trade. His style of mixing and track selection in his sets has a lot to owe to the Hard House DJs of the early 2000s to which he was heavily influenced. Brought up on Hard House and Hard Trance he has developed into a skilful DJ with energy and flow oozing from his sets. This has earned him a residency with Crave Recordings who recognised his talent and took him on board in 2015 and also Premonition Digital who signed him as an artist on their agency.
He now is a regular on the Irish Trance scene playing for some of the biggest nights and events in Ireland including Spring Fest, Affinity, Wax Format, Saviour, Hedliners to name but a few.
Graemzy also hosts a monthly live stream on KickstreamTV called "Hydro Underground Selection" along with 2 other residents, Jonny Quigley and Mickey Shaw. They play a mix of Trance, Tech Trance and Techno and have guest DJs each month. The show airs live on Facebook, 3rd Saturday or every month from 10pm to 2am on the Hydro page and also KickstreamTV.
Along the way he has supported a lot of big names including The Tidy Boys, Anne Savage, Kidd Kaos, Argy, Scot Project, Signum, Mark Sherry, Bryan Kearney, Sam Jones, Will Rees, Will Atkinsion, Indecent Noise, Maria Healy, Sneijder, The Thrillseekers, M.I.K.E Push, Fred Baker and Hughes and Ballaintine.
He has recently tried his hand at production and it was this that caught the eye of Premonition Digital. His first track was a Trance bootleg of classic Hard Trance tune, Man on the Moon by Guyver. The “Mission to Mars ft. Barrack Obama” bootleg of the tune received support from the man himself, Guyver. It puts a nice new twist on the classic Tidy 2 tune. It is available for free download from his SoundCloud page now. His first original Hard House track, Techno Prisoners, has been donated to the trust for Neo fund and is due to be released on a compilation CD to help raise money for the son of Matt Skinner who we sadly lost in 2016.
